Each cookie (1.5 Table Spoons) has over 500mgs of Omega 3. 10 grams of protein 5 grams of carbs with 0 sugar grams and 1 gram of healthy fat. NO butter. NO added salt. NO sugar. NO cholesterol.

well here's some advice. DO NOT ORDER THEM IN THE HEAT OF SUMMER

I did and by the time I got it the dough was freakign terrible. All the chocolate chips got melted and ruined everything
