BTW. I wanted to mention on this weight pile picture: For all you guys that think you have to have special conditions like AC and heat. The weight pile was located outside and we worked ou religiously (more so than 99% of any free men) in the rain,snow,icestormsheat,blowing wind etc., I along with a few other hard core lifters hit it just as hard at 5 degrees below zero as we did at 105! If rec was called and "outside weight pile" no matter what we lifted! You would be hard pressed to find anyone who worked out balls to the wall doing anything less than 2 hours (for good or bad) unless they/we were ordered to quit. Know this "Rippedhomo"!
