So this younger kid at my gym was clangin around weights all day today but it was obvious he had no real training regiment he was just grabbing heavy weights....So i had my ipod on and saw that he put 225 on the flat bench and i said to myself damn that looks like too much for him....I turned around next thing i know i see this big guy running across the gym motioning to me to come over...This kid dropped the weight on his chest and busted his collarbone....Some guys just wont ask for a spot and this is the type shit that happens....
