I see these car boots on cars everywhere. I think that most of the companies that issue these boots are just rackets to be honest with you. So I was thinking. Is there a universal key or tool where you can undo any car boot? It would be a great little hustle since I live in a large metropolitan area and I see them all the time. Some customers have to spend up to $100 to have them removed.
