what are your stats?

Max Bench: 300 (I don't bench anymore)
Deadlift: 405 x 8
Squat: 405 x 8

I'm not the biggest nor the strongest on the board, but I'm working on it.

working on what, being the kid you are :lol: :fro: :gap:
 
Actually, I'm not really working on anything right now other than trying to overcome an injury.

Once I get healthy again, I plan on running a big cycle. First half I am going to bulk, then use the 2nd half to get shredded.

squat=cricked my back twice doing these, so no max squat ;)
deadlift=180 is as high as i've gone. i should invest in some straps....

are you still able to work out right now? whats the doc sayin?
 
I have worked out about 5 times lin the ast month. My workout consist of Leg Press, Tricep Pressdowns, and Curls. Everything else hurts my shoulder, or else I just can't do it since my ROM is very bad.

I went to the doctor today and he read my ultrasound report to me. The radiologist suspect I have torn my subscapularis tendon and I also have calcification in my shoulder. I will need an MRI to confirm the torn tendon, but I am 99.99999% sure it's torn as is my doctor.

I made an appointment at the Folwer Kennedy Clinic at the University of Western Ontario. They are known around the world for the work they have done. Thats is where Steve Yzerman went to get his knee reconstructed last year. Hopefully they can help me out a little more than my family doctor. I'll make sure to keep you guys updated if you want me to.

Yeah I know I am weakling but that will change soon, next cycle 150mg test and 150mg tren ace EOD, slin 15 IU post work out :)

only do jump squats with a 35 lb. weight in each hand
dont do deadlifts
