Training: AM or PM?

Do you gentlemen prefer training in the morning or evening/night? OR is it whenever you can?



I prefer early in the AM... I like to get in, get it done, get out and get the day going.
 
personally i like the afternoon, after working all day it gives me somethin to look foward to, plus i get to see all the other assholes who worked all day and shoot the sh*t for a few hrs :)
 
Morning. I find if I plan to workout later, sometimes I don't end up making it to the gym. If I go first thing in the morning, it is out of the way and I have the rest of the day to do other things.
 
i had been lifting in the morning but changed it up to lifting in the evening. all of my lifts increased in weight. i am not really a good morning person, i guess.
 
well i am the one who couldnt figure out what to take when , because of my morning workouts. i am now working a second job in the evenings part-time, so i have started working out after my first and before my second job. i kinda liked the mornings better, but its easier to concentrate witht he time constraints i am under. sometimes in the morning i would find myself bs'ing too much or slacking. now to get a good workout in forty-five minutes i have to fully concentrate.
 
i used to be a morning guy but i have converted to evening workouts. i just don't feel quite right in the morning if that makes any sense.

and i can't eat enough food right when i wake up to sustain a hard workout.
 
whenever i get a chance during my hectic schedule. after i resume hardcore dieting and training im going to do it in the am
 
Moring here.....I'm with Easto if I don't get it in I might not end up going at all.....plus it's get my day started I find I can concentrate better!!!
 
Right now with school and work it's whenever i can get but would rather do mornings . . . i always have more energy to workout then.
 
preferably mornings or afternoons, that's when my energy is best. nights would be my last choice.
 
Morning it is for me the majority of the time, although once in awhile I like to train later in the day for a change of pace.
