3. 10x10

5. Westside
6. others

Interested to see the splits and routines others are using

I do a basic push/pull routine. I normally w/o twice per day doing the larger muscles in the am and smaller muscles muscles in the pm. My reps start high then as weight is added each set I finish each exercise with a few heavy low rep sets.

Checkout-Dorian Yates blood and guts trainer, clips on YouTube. Nice explanation of reps vs weight, IMO. Make sure you put "trainer" on the YouTube search there are about six clips I think.

I've tried about every style, split, routine, set & rep schemes out there over the years. I have found for ME to put on the most muscle mass as soon as possible - regarding training - is to utilize both heavy and medium-light poundages in the same workout.

I start with a basic/compound for the heavy shit, usually pyramidding down to around 4-6 reps on my last workset. I get alot of rest between sets on that first exercise so I am recovered enough to pack on the poundages. As I move on to the next exercise or two, I will up the reps a bit to the 8-12 range and rest less between sets. My last exercise will be a "pumper" per se, ie 21's, triple drop, etc to end the workout off with the ol' mind blowing pump.

Doing the above gets me the best of both worlds - the heavy/low-reps for mass & power and the medium-light/higher-reps for a killa pump. :)

ive been through almost everything... curently wanted to change it up and doing a mix od DC and crossfit right now.

Modified DC. I think you really have to try a lot to find what works best for you. Also most people have to change it up at some point to keep getting results as your body adapts.
