training schedule..

alrite bros i just got a new job.. its very taxing i bust my ass for a twelve hour shift.. one week i work wensday thur fri say 5am-5pm next week is thursday fri sat.. Im not sure how i should structure my training.. is it actually bad to workout after working very hard for that long of a time.. im addicted to the gym and i have heart soo i still have been working out quite a bit.. i need help putting together a routine..

old routine
mon chest
tues legs
wend back
thurs shoulders
friday arms

goals maintain size and add a bit..
 
1. If your job is manual labour Mak, you'll have to adjust your diet accordingly.

Read this thread and calcualte your BMR, make sure your getting the necessary kCals.

This is more important then the perfecting your routine.


2. Obviously, the first thing that stands out about your old routine is 5 days of training
st8. Bullshit routine bro.

You can give this one a try, it's the one I'm on right now.

Mon- Back, 4arms, Abs

Wends- Legs

Fri- Chest, Tris

Sat- Delts, Bis, Abs
 
that looks like a solid routine ill give that a shot.. i just dont know what to do with myself when i have off. i love the gym thats why i go soo much
