training while dieting

do you guys change the way you workout when you are dieting down? like do u do higher reps lower weight or do u just keep trying to pump out the heavy weights? do u use more recovery time or less? ive been dieting recently and ive been keeping my routine the same...any thoughts appriated
 
Keep trying to pump out the heavy weights otherwise you lose to much muscle.
 
What lifts said keep up the big weights as much as possible by dropping weight you will prob loose a little strength, but if you start going for reps you get that more defined look but loose the mass
 
I try to keep the reps the same, unfortunately (depending on how hard your dieting and how much cardio your doing) I do lose some strength. Sometimes I do lighten up significantly to really isolate the muscle.
 
i feel that i benefit from keeping the weight and intensity high and back off slightly on reps/sets .
