I have before and after pics up they are next to each other. I posted in there too and should be able to tell the difference.
 
I think everyone looks great. I'm going to stay out of this poll cause i cant figure out which one has improved the most. I've known stout for a while now and he has came a long way in his physique. You have packed on lots of size since i have seen your pics last. G4 has came a very long way. He gets frustrated with his progress at times but any fool can see that he has made major changes. Buff looks awesome too, i think everyone deserves to be recognized here....
 
holy cow, i go MIA for a brief stint and come back to some freakin' animals...congratulations guys on a job well done, i am impressed...maybe i'll be able to join yall for the next one, whenever that may be... :)
