Hit arms yesterday & snapped a quick pic. It's rare I measure arms these days like when I was a kid, but I will once or twice a year if the tape is available. Yesterday said 49cm pumped (little over 19 1/4"). I doubt I'm gonna get much bigger being OFF and at this age, although I'm still tryin' like hell haha!

Depends bro - if I eventually get back to the US to live, I'm sure I will. It's been over 2 years OFF now, and I'm pretty used to kickin' it natty here. Time will tell.

I'm 235 now - biggest I was ON was 280. I was pretty bulky/smooth at that weight though, maybe 14% (I'm 275 in avi). I miss being crazy strong and jacked, but hey, ya do what ya gotta do.
