ugh i need help again

surprise cylo! we got our 1st game in 3 weeks

yea so basically ive been runnin 2xs a day.....weights 3xs a week *more of a power style*......& i am beat :afraid:

my diet plans r tossed out the window & right now its about 300 carbs & 400 protein *not sure about fats* ill post it up a lil later

but i think the biggest prob is, this is the 1st time im playin all natty....& i never realized how well i was recoverin with the help of the juice until now ha

i just need help as far as any supps or certain types of food that can help me recover & recover quick....

ZMA helps, glutamine works for some. creatine. I'm sure there is more..
 
im all set on the creatine & glutamine....i may go up & get some stuff 2 make a home made zma which ends up alot cheaper

what about certain foods @ certain times 2 help?
