Have a teacher evaluation tomorrow. Concerned about how the students will act,
and how the "City Rep" is going to see that, and how will reflect on me.
Today the Rep came by to make sure I knew she would be in my class tomorrow.
While she talked to me a girl in the back is talking loudly, saying things like,
"F'ing this and F'ing that... blah, blah, blah..."
Amazing, absolutely no consideration for anyone other than herself.
I asked her to change the subject which only caused her to be louder.
I considered that a partial success, because normally saying anything would send her into a tirade.
On Monday I wrote on her daily report, "Student verbally abusive." She said thank you and left.
A minute later there was a bang on the door.
"Yeeesssss?"
"What does this mean," she asked?
I read it, "S t u d e n t v e r b a l l y a b u s i v e!"
So she asked, "But what does that mean?"
I'm still shaking my head about that one, Ha!
Ninth graders, people, please let them not be the wooden stake!
