I have been following a workout schedule and diet so far and have seen some major improvements overall so far.

Right now I have made 2nd string offensive tackle for sure. Some games coach said I would take 1st string to give Dakota (280 lb. defensive/offensive tackle) a rest.

My technique and strength has gone up great since the season has started. I have suffered a few injuries, but nothing too serious.

Are practices are intense and last practice (thursday) I puked after practice. :)

Just giving an update to show you guys how well I am doing. Half way through the season and am ready for the off-season training. I plan to diet down to around 12% body fat. I am weighing at 196 at 22% body fat right now.
