Sorry I have been MIA guys. Been working a ton and dealing with the whole wife thing. Missed BS'ing on the board and wanted to come back and give everyone an update.
So I separated from the wife and have been living in the house by myself, well recently she came back and wanted to try things again. Being the sucker I am I figured that I would give her a shot. Well three weeks after shes back she drinks while I'm out with some guys for a business meeting and come home to her texting some guy she met from her work. Long story shes packing her shit to leave on wednesday.
Me I have been back in the gym like a freak until about a week ago when my elbow started really giving me fits. I went to a doc and apparently I have golfer AND tennis elbow (Hey go big or go home right?) so I have to do the stretches every morning before work, take 400mgs of anti inflammatory medicine and then ice my elbow when I come home and do the stretches again. They said no weights for two weeks. I'm on day five and I want to split someone. I miss my gym. Aside from that I have dropped some BF and increased my strength quite a bit which is good. God bless sust and var haha. Business is going well and Im trying to keep my sanity without the gym and just doing cardio (which by the way sucks fat balls). Thats about it for the update, Oh and any advice on the golfers and tennis elbow would be greatly appreciated!
