Use Caffeine Before Workouts for Fat Loss
Pre-training caffeine promotes fat burning two different ways. Check this out.

Caffeine promotes lipolysis (fat burning) and inhibits glycolysis (carb burning). Type "caffeine" into PubMed and you'll get close to 30,000 results, and one consistent trend in the research is an increase in the amount of free fatty acids (FFA) in the bloodstream, indicating that fat's been broken down.

But now that it's been broken down, it's up to you to make sure it gets burned. That's where exercise comes in. It's a good idea to always have caffeine prior to exercising because it makes physiological/biochemical sense. Not only is this likely to help with lipolysis, but it'll indirectly help burn fat because you'll be more energetic, thus ultimately do more work.

On a related note, there's some evidence that yohimbine does pretty much the same thing, albeit via slightly different mechanisms. So taking caffeine and yohimbine prior to exercise may provide a double lipolytic whammy. For that reason ? and, admittedly, because I like the stimulatory effects
 
I can't remember the last time I worked out with no caffeine pre-w.o. Probably have to go back to my early 20's haha.

I use a Yohimbine Hcl, Synephrine hcl and caffeine stack before training. gives you great workouts and keeps you lean
 
My pre workout is always the same every morning Mon-Fri. Slice of Toast with Peanut butter and 24ou. of extreme caffeine coffee extra dark...

Ive found this to be optimal for myself .

I get it here on this I feel your pain I ordered cissus for a great price from America. Then had to pay UK customs ?20 before they would deliver it

LOL, I cant take it before going to bed!!! It is a thought though, the Cialis has been giving me a headache lately. I don't use it all the time but its good insurance sometimes!!!
 
i got cialis a few months ago and the first time was amazing i had a hard on for days but ever since that first time it doesnt really seem to work........
