Will low sodium brand V8 comprimise my diet? I love V8 it has the following:

Total fat: 0g - good!
Sat Fat- 0g - good
Trans Fat - 0g - good
cholesterol - 0mg - good
Sodium - 140mg - even with low sodium brand.. but i still drink tons of water
Potassium - 820mg - really good
Total carb - 10g - this is my main concern
Dietary fiber - 2g
Sugars - 8g
Protein - 2g - boo

I just want something with my meal other than water....

I'd find out what the sugar is from bro. Make damn sure it isn't high fructose corn syrup, but rather fructose from fruit.

As long as you account for it you can have pretty much anything you want. What kind of diet are you on? Even with a highly carb-restricted diet you could prob squeeze in a little V8 here and there.

Shouldn't hurt a bit, actually may improve your overall total health.

Good stuff. Most of the basic nutrients are still there, but processing destroys most of the enzyme activity you only get with fresh squeezed vegetable juice. ;)

Was just gonn say that...im sure this involves some kind of heating, i cant imagine they would cold filter ir or something like that

But once the heat goes near it the quality goes out the window

I drink the V8 fusion. It's supposed to be a serving of fruits and vegetables. I am sure it not, but its better than drinking sodas.

i hate drinkin my calories, its such a waste esp when dieting. Black what are your goals? Some of the carbs will be coming from the vegtables, and some from sugar for added flavour. If you MUST have it, then have it the morning with your first meal, and lower your carbs from the food accordingly
