Ran my yahoo virus scan to find out I have 1 Trojan running on my computer. The Yahoo anti virus can't remove it, so which anti virus do you guys recommend?

I have never had a problem. I run Trend Micro PC-Illin. It has firewall and anti-virus in one :)

I have personally never had a trojan that norton did not delete immediately when I got it

haha yup and dl a ton of porn movies

When I was in the dorms my cpu shut down the whole school's network. I got some virus that started opening and shutting my cd rom drives and it shut the school's net down. The ended up just pin pointing it to my room and shut my net off and booted everybody elses net back up. Then they came to my room and fixed my cpu. It was pretty funny b/c the cpu nerds were having a field day on my cpu. I swear it was like christmas morning for them

if your looking for a free one, i recommend AVG.
if you dont mind spending $50, get the internet security suite from McAfee, i have it, use it, and love it. (firewall, antivirus, spam killer, and privacy service)

Agree on the AVG. www.grisoft.com it's great and free.

if you' relooking for something more heavy duty try Kaspersky.

Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa)
Spybot Search & Destroy are great too (both free) for spyware scanning/protection

I use Computer associates e-trust www.ca.com X-cellent software We use the corp version for our network at work.Anyways try restarting you puter and runnning it in safe-made (keep pressing f8 in in windows xp in restart) then runnng your antivirus program Jim
