As we all know, water is a very important aspect of our lives. How much are you all drinking? Since I'm dieting down, I'm drinking as much water as I possibly can lol. What about you?

Excellent post, YellowJacket! The key word here is PURE! Coffee, soda pop, tea and gatorade do not work the same as PURE H2O. If it's not pure water, it is not doing the same job flushing the system and metabolizing fat that water does. Spring water sans fluoride is best as it provides the best source of overlooked, but vastly important trace minerals. Water softeners remove these minerals as well.brandozzz said:Incredible as it may seem... Water is the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off!
Although most of us take it for granted...
Pure, clean water may be the only true Magic Potion for permanent weight loss!
That's a good indicator of adequate water intake. The only time urine should be deep yellow is shortly after ingesting vitamin B-6. At all other times colored urine indicates a mild state of dehydration.ZWENGY said:need to drink more probly... i think i might get a gallon a day... i try to drink enough to where i'm always pissing clear
