Since my shitty bloodwork panel I've drop 26 lbs since before Christmas....I've cut meat almost all together out of my diet I've added almond milk to my shakes and cut milk and cheese out of my diet....I feel great minus the aches and pains of being 40....I sleep thru the night no more getting up to piss....ive lost some muscle mass nothing crazy to me....my strength is still hanging tight.....I'm sitting at 212-213 right now. I'm hoping to sit at 200 by my bday.
