Boy things hurt more and recovering takes more time. Other than that feeling good. One thing I noticed is when I eat a lot I seriously bloat and get backed up. I'm trying to reduce my meals per day and I'm feeling better. I haven't lost much by doing it. Anyone else get like this after eating like you were when you were younger?

I'm 62 and yes I do get bloated when I eat a lot. My problem is that if I don't eat a lot I lose size rather quickly. So I feel like I have to choose between being huge and feeling good. I'm currently opting for feeling good, but that could change. I do hate having a beer belly "Eddie Hall" looking gut though. Even when huge that tends to ruin the overall appearance.

Yeah I went to Virginia Beach for my Kid at Nationals for wrestling and I ate everything and my gut was so distended it actually hurt. So on the way home 11 hour drive i drank tons of water and coffee and have only eaten three meals a day since and it is getting better.

Turning 60 in almost 3 weeks and boy things are getting harder to do than when I was younger. Eating is one thing, lol.

I am 50 as well and I have the same thing. I just can't eat like I used to. My wife and I were talking about this the other day and I remember eating so much that people marveled at it. People were always like, "really?". I would order 2 full meals at steakhouses and eat them both. I remember a few years back getting a 32 ounce cut of prime rib and finishing that an the sides easily and thinking of ordering something else. Now, I eat 2 tacos and I feel like I am gonna pop. I am starting to eat smaller (really small) and more frequently.

I just turned 78 back in March. I look ripped and huge in the mornings and water logged at night unless I'm dieting. Plus I gain 5 to 8 pounds between morning and night. I lose it while I sleep. Well, more like i.piss it out during my four nightly trips to the bathroom. Welcome to the geriatric section. Lol
