WELL IT WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN..GOT A DUI..BIGKARCK, THOUGHTS?

Hired and spoke with my lawyer today..I should have my permit by Monday as my lawyer has to work within the 10 days of my arrest in order to obtain it quick...I'm looking at a little over 8,000...I meet up with her tomorrow, let's see how it goes..

I would share more detail but for my safety n being that I don't know how shady some stupid fuks on here are, I rather keep somethings private for now as this is my life, n some state trooper trying to fuk me, when I wasn't even drunk..

YEP. and if you are over .08 and someone hits you in a car its automatically your fault no matter what... and if someone is killed it murder... just not worth it...

i know people thats had 4-5 DUI's...stupid
 
Obviously not you black, I can name a few but I'm not gonna go there..they know who they are...and yes, u can even get a DUI under .08...depending on the cop, they'll tell u to take a piss test to so they can possibly fid narcotics in you as well to further there statement n not look like fools..after 1 beer your most likely over 0.8..your weight and tolerance can play a factor in this..
 
i went to play pool one night and they had a breath analyzer on the wall... it was sweet... a very good idea...

Woke up monday morning in a hammock with a chicky at the crib we rented at the keys n mustve had atleast a 24 pack to the face n nothin...beer just doesn't do it for me n e more, just a whole lot of peeing n bloatedness...I'm proud of myself though, haven't gotten hammered or done the stupidity I usually do since my incident, I kinda like just socially drinking n not getting hammered as usual, plus I can remember the fine bitches I fuk a little better n I tend to actually remember there names:D

Soo I met up with my Lawyer in Brickel this morning...let me tell u, it is not a good experience to go through...so far case is looking good and strong but defenitely risky if trying to fight the case...

If found guilty, I will get jail time...no if ands or buts..floridas law have strengthened when it comes to DUI's...MADD(mothers against drunk driving) have really pushed the laws to no mercy...its pretty crazy..my case is quite strong except the fuker wrote a 3 page report on me with total nonsense(will share it with u all once all fine and settled)..its quite funny the nosense he wrote..

Good thing is, he didn't take me to the station to do the breath test nor read me my miranda rights in which I sign a paper stating I refuse to blow...also the fuker, to make my life miserable, had me next to TGK(a 4 star Jail, in other words) when instead went out of his jurisdiction to send me to dade countuy jail(1 out of 2 of the worst jails in south florida(Chrome being one of them as well)) so emotional stress may play a factor here..I should get my temporary permit to drive by the end of this week...let's see what happens
 
lmao!!!..kiddo Dade county is a joke..plus the fact that if you go in ( which i doubt since your pussy ass will take any deal they give ya to stay out of jail) you'll be in level 2 which is a joke.

As of now, defenitely aint taking a plead but were gonna go trial by trial n see where it goes from there...

In 2005..Level 4 was the baddest ..2 was a like staying in a hotel..

in 05 i got busted with 360 xtacy pills and a gun but because my prior record were two misdemenors ( a couple of fights at clubs) i got off with a year probation, a fine and had to complete this stupid program right in front of the ol' orange bowl used to be at.

I tell ya what, you better start bulking up because at 165 lbs in Dade you gonna be in trouble..all them Opalocka , Liberty city chicos gonna have fun with you ,boi
 
Sniff sniff..I smell bullshit..was with my boy when he was set up by an informant with 200 pills of X..they were gonna give em mandatory 5 yeaars(every 5 pills is cosidered Manslaughter) but he ended up spending 30 geez on a lawyer, and it was his first offense..who u kiddin' fool...pfft...I aint the little boys at the gym u give ur little bunk stories to...you FAIL, plz try again
