Good to hear. I havent stepped in a gym in over a month but im looking lean nowdays..it must be all that great red meat and wine they have over there..ate a lot of good, fresh fish also. Life is way slower over there and days seem to last longer..a lot time I looked at my watch and said : damn, is it only 3 pm??? it seemed like forever...They're not always rushing and stressing out over things, specially work , bills ,etc..people are more friendly also. The whole country stops around luch time for siestas , everything closes for a few hrs, some enjoy good food n wine while sociliazing with strangers and people of different nations, others nap before returning to work for a few hrs...it was awesome to be back in the country I was raised and grew up in. Im leaving again, just came to take care of some bis and my girl is gonna take a few weeks off and flying back with me....If you guys ever have the chance to visit Spain go for it, a lot history and is beautiful.. Madrid gets cold as fuck for 7 months out of the year but you could visit the southern provinces such as Malaga where my family is from...really nice weather and beaches
 
Spain is one of my favorite countries been there a couple of times you are so right about the way of life its like that in all of Europe
