What are the best supplements to take before cardio on empty stomach?

Most of the people I know who are in contest mode and do fasted cardio usually take some BCAAs and Glutamine prior do the cardio session.
 
I suppose u mean upon waking in the morning cardio on an empty stomach? Too catabolic too me, too much muscle at stake. Unless the person is obese I would not recommend it. I would recommend a meal but a protein with bcaa minimum If it must be done.
