You know we gotta have this thread here too! I get alot of meal ideas from this.

Right now i just finished 6 eggs over easy and 2 slices of wheat toast.
 
Grilled chicken breast chopped up in organic sow sodium chicken broth, with cabbage, jalapenos, celery, and shirataki noodles .

8oz chicken rubbed with oregano, basil, parsley, black pepper, cooked with tomatoes, onion and garlic with some basmati rice.
 
6 eggs scrambled,whole wheat toast, 200g lima beans and a shake
 
1# ground beef w/ black beans, cottage cheese, and marinara all mixed together. Tastes just like lasagna without noodles.

I just found this shit the other day too. I picked up some in one of those uncle hens 90 second touches and it was awesome. I just got done eating 1cup no fat cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon. I know it doesn't sound too good but it actually is.
 
6 hardboiled eggs, 6oz block Swiss cheese and 2 slices stone ground 100% whole wheat bread. I should skip the bread this late, but damn I'm hungry. :D

Yes Basmati rice tastes great! has a bit of a sweet taste to it I find, but it is high GI as is with all rices....maybe black rice is a slight exception.

hahaha ya I know, ive been on the diet steady, I broke tonight though, ive been weak and tired and I just slammed a pb and J with milk. oops.
 
Theres always tomorow to make up for it :D
I been slippin lately, trying to increase my weight some more, bf's gone from 11 up to 16.. Time to increase the cardio!!
 
Post workout- protein shake, strawberry yogurt and a Marie Calender's chicken pot pie.
 
Mexican Lasagna my Mom-in-law made. Not good for abs, but not eating it would be disrespectful! ;)
