8 oz ribeye left over from supper last night, 12oz spinach,2 ears of fresh corn and Corn Bread..
I've got a large roast in the crock pot cooking for tonight with fresh new red potatoes grean beans and garden onions.

Yeah man its not bad. I had never had cottage cheese before until starting this cutting diet. I guess the idea of eating chunky cheese never really appealed to me lol. After adding the splenda and cinnamon though I actually look forward to eating it. Unfortunately, it is off the diet as of tomorrow.

Just seen this but yeah you should have it was awesome!

I made a big ass pot of chicken and dumplins for dinner last night and since I'm bulking I been eating on it all day today to with protein shakes to drink..
Dinner tonight consist of Country style pork ribs,Fresh garden greens, Corn and homeade sourdough bread sliced and made into garlic bread& a Shake. Normal I don't eat bread unless bulking but this shit is awesome!!
And right before bed I'll have a half container of cottage chesse with friut cocktail and a shake..

I am eating Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs. Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.
 
Kangaroo sausage stew leftovers and some brown rice with smoked cod and broccoli with chilli garlic and olive oil.........and theres some sardines that are going to follow that....

I am eating boiled rice because i am patient
of stomach and my doctor ask me that i will avoid
all other foods.
