Personally I'm kinda lost in the gym right now. I'm not sure whether I should try to compete this coming year or not. Work is also getting in the way of me working out. I guess I'm working out to maintain right now...i dunno. What ever I do its on after new years..lol
I'm basically trying to maintain right now. Get stronger if anything. In a few months I'll be back to bulking. As long as I don't look fat with cloths on, I'm going to keep bulking lol...

Was attempting a TCD, but with no time to do cardio until past 8:45p.m it kinda sucked. I did lose a bit of fat but nothing where I wanted to be. Still a bit leaner but more like "mainting" right now until I get my blood tests back and then its ON!
