thats kindof strange he would say that..about Christianity. I thought he was a deist himself? but he also believed something along the lines that mankind would decline if religion did too "If men are so wicked with religion, what would they be if without it.". I guess thats what he meant. Well never have as gifted minds running our government as we did in the beginning.

Most of our founding fathers were deist and freemasons including Franklin and Washington. That wasn't written by Franklin it was written by some neo nazi knowing that stupid ill educated without a clue toward history or much of anything else would buy into it.
