Let's start a thread listing what we ate for dinner....I haven't had dinner yet, so I can't put anything up, but I know somwe of you east coast guys are right at supper time....and heck if I know the times in other parts of the world:D

Lets hear it, what did you eat for dinner?

Posting pics can be cool too if you have the time to do so:)
 
Little under the weather so the wife made soup.

Chicken broth, garlic, escarole, mild sausage, kidney and cannelloni beans.
 
I cooked chicken breast in olive oil garlic, basil and white wine. Then I added carrot strips and cooked it down. I pulled out the chicken and added some Basmati rice. Served the rice over the chicken. It was not bad. I cook probably 3-4 nights a week.

That sounds really good. I think I might try and make something like that this week end.
 
Glyco, that chicken you made sounds pretty good.

I baked a bunch of chicken thighs this past weekend, along with my new BBQ recipe, and made a chicken sandwich tonight that had swiss cheese and avocado. I had 2 sammies. Then I had 2 pieces of corn bread.
 
Heh. I was doing good until I had a big slice of Rosemary olive oil bread with butter and then some chocolate powdered almonds.
 
Pigged out at Golden Corral with wife & son. I had barbecue ribs & chicken, mashed taters & gravy, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, corn bread, carrot cake. :)
 
I had homemade spaghetti and meatballs and garlic cheesebread last night....and a diet pepsi:)

I LOVE spaghetti....I love pasta:)
 
i et home made chilli tonight with corn chips and a tall glass of somthin blanc from Argentina.
 
Spaghetti/meatballs and garlic cheese bread again. It was even better tonight. I could never be skinny if I were Italian!

Also had 2 heart shaped sugar cookies with frosting and a piece of Red Velvet cake.

I'm full as heck and i'm sure i'm gonna need a nap any minute from all the carbs I just devoured:)
 
Kentucky Fried Chicken , cole slaw....macaroni salad,mashed tators with gravy and a biscuit or two .Then some bread pudding.
 
I don't cook at night. I usually have a Shakeology with powdered peanut butter and 1 Activia yoghurt.
 
Jerk chicken thighs I made a week a go just finished off on a garlic toast sandwich.

Salmon, kale, and roasted potatoes. saut?ed in olive oil, with garlic, and a splash of white wine vinegar.
 
Mexican food tonight for our Valentine's Day date...

steak burrito w/ green and red pepper, onions, sour cream and a hot chile sauce.
chips and salsa
chile verde fries
beans and rice
diet coke
 
Home made wings and Greek salad. Mmmm threw a little seasoned salt on the wings for added flavor :)
 
Last night:

4 homemade Mexican Hot Dogs.....with bun/weiner, bacon, grilled onion and jalapeno, cheese, ketchup and pinto beans and sour cream.

....and Crystal Light.

Yep....living healthy huh:)
 
Last night I had garlic potatoes cooked in olive oil. spinach with artichokes and chicken breast. I used one of the Mrs Dash premixed spices and some white wine. Then around 8:30 I had about 5 oz of canned salmon with mayo and a few kettle chips. Yesterday was leg day.
 
chicken spinach and rice. after workout I had a shake made with water and a cup of vanilla ice cream topped with a few mixed unsalted nuts.
 
90/10 lean beef seasoned with sazon and other spices mixed with lentils, black beans, onions, apricots, raisins, and jasmine rice. Fresh green beans on the side. I made a shit ton so I'll probably be eating it for awhile, lol.
