What do you take before lifting?

I take a 200mg caffeine pill. On leg and back day I take 2 x 200mg caffeine pills to get really jacked.

I was wondering what everybody else did to help them get energized for a workout.
 
I dont take anything pre workout, would probly upset my stomach lol
 
Nothing! Zero/zilch/notta no supplements of any kind and no roids!!!! AND I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!
 
I sniff my ammonium nitrate, and take a shot of espresso............Z
 
I take a sugar free energy drink most often Amp. And I take a serving of muscle milk.
 
i just usually eat a meal 1.5 hours at work before lifting...sometimes 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 scoop Whey in water if i'm at home. caffene also
 
i think most supplements other that real bcaa's are over rated

well besides the ones that have real anabolics in them like what the seized at bodybuilding.com
 
Preworkout powders today are terrible.. The amount of stims they put in them are brutal they make cortisol levels sky rocket and can even make you dizzy or puke. Ive been there its miserable. Hell the one energy supplement that got taken off the market recently called slimxtreme actually contained an illegal stim.

Oatmeal,shake and a standalone N.O product for me

on normal days a scoop of protein
 
5 days a week of cardio in bed with the ladies(hour long) and 10 mins a day in the shower while rubing one off..try that and Tae-bo aint got shit on you;)
 
Normally 30mg ephedrine, Nodoze and an aspirin (ECA) washed down with a cup of green tea. About 6 weeks out from a meet, 100mg susp, 200mcg cheque drops and 50 mg halo, along with the ECA. Morning of the meet, 300mg susp and whole bottle of cheque drops (1mg) and 100mg halo and ECA every 2 hours until the deadlifts start.

I MEAN... like during workout.... what ever i ate i usually burp during working out.. i couldnt imagine burping raw eggs

Burp it into your gym partner's face while he is lifting and surely he will drop the weights on you. lol
