What do you take on vacation with you to keep nutrition intake high.
Where I'm going the food is not always the greatest.
protein Bars etc...

All I've ever took with me is my gear that I would need for the week.. Since 90% of my protein is whole foods I don't worry about protein and if need be and the food sucks you could always stop in a walmart a pickup a small container of Whey to help hit you Macros..

If there is a grocery store go and buy eggbeaters and drink half a carton and a bottle of Olive Oil and take 5 tablespoons. Thats a quick and interesting meal.
Not a joke. I do this.

Wish I could give you a great answer fot your question , although when im on vacation I eat everything in sight and I eat alot of it . Typically keeping my calories high isnt a issue while away on vacation
Our vacation every year is a caribean cruise with Carnival lines and they have 24 hour bufffet and 24 hour room service. I eat like a hog and never feel hungry .....
Also to note on Willis suggestion -sounds like a good reciepe for nasty egg white farts and greasy oily squirts....Ewwwww.

He He...my body acclimates and things turn out ok...but for a while I almost got kicked out of my house :)

I try to get a room with a kitchen and then it's pretty much like home for at least 1/2 of my meals. If I can pull that off it works out. i always have a lag time after going away. Jet lag and shitty food really hits me hard. if I can get the kitchen in the room and eat at least 1/2 my meals as normal I am back to myself in less than a week. If not it is a 2 week process to get back to feeling tight as I felt before the trip.

I bring some big cups and an electric hand blender with me everywhere I go. If driving bring the protein with you, if not buy a 1-2lb jug down there.

Protein cookies and protein muffins. A bit high on carbs but also high in protein and easy to carry in a purse or my pocket.
