i went shopping today and went to but my eggs and they went from 94 cents a dozen to 1.69 a dozen at walmart thats a uncalled for increase i can see raising the price a few cents but 75 cents over night!!! and thats not all i buy my tuna by the case and had been paying 49 cents a can and i went to buy a case last week and payed 59 cents a can this is getting to be a bit ridicules imo

I've been paying $1.70 a dozen but that's for jumbos...

I read that Topps went out of business so expect an increase in the price of beef. They had 21.7 million lbs of beef recalled and they couldn't recover.

1.70!!! thats crazy... ya i saw this morning on the news that they went out of business due to the recal they had and that something like 87 people would be losing their jobs because of it it. it is a real shame considering they have been around for i believe they said 65 years

ya just about everything dairy has gone up i have noticed as well

I work in a dairy processing plant. They make milk into icecream mix and other assorted products of the like. Since about March we have been seeing huge increases in the price of milk and the such. I think it is to record highs from what one of the guys further up the ladder said.

So I wouldn't be surprised if you see jumps in all dairy.

The surge in interest in biofuels and ethanol has driven the price of corn up, so the price increase in beef/chicken/eggs/dairy prices is to be expected. Too bad ethanol is not what it is cracked up to be. I dont know why tuna would go up.

$.94 isn't worth the wear and tear on a chickens' ass bro (lol). Kidding bro, but fuel cost are screwing everything up

ya i dont understand why they are trying to make such a big deal out of ethanol fuel because it takes more of it to produce the same energy as regular gas
