what is best suit to wear when working out at home?

cjas has not goting me a diet
but i cut downon what i eatting three meals a day and an apple for snack
i eat tuna and fish and chicken with out the fat and so on and no chips and candy at all

cjas was helping me and you why can;t you help me ? i can not find the diet you posted maybe i lost it because it was not in a menu form like i asked can you make me a new diet i thank my diet topic got locked

No actually I was tired of seeing everyone give you advice and you bitch and cry because it wasnt exactly what you wanted. You get what you pay for bro oh wait you wanted free adice but still bitched about it not being good enough.When someone is trying to help you out you do not bitch because there not doing exactly what you want. remember there trying to help they cant read your mind.
