What is everyone taking now?

Just curious what suppliments you guys are using now...

Here is my list (double post from my journal if anyone reads that):

AM: glucosamine/chondritin, 1000mg vitamin C, vitamin E, multivitamin, MSM, bromelain, 1g arginine, VPX Redline.
Midday: 1g arginine, bromelain, Redline
PM: glucosamine/chondritin, 1000mg vitamin C, Vit E, multivitamin, bromelain, 1g arginine, 500mg Niacin.

I have the niacin at bedtime so I don't have to be awake to deal with the "flush" that goes along with it... also sometimes taking melatonin at night.

When I get back to the gym I'll add back in Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl 3-5g post workout only, and 5-10g glutamine preworkout/10g glutamine post workout in my shakes. Pre-workout shake is 3 tightly packed scoops of WPC with 1 package of instant oatmeal in it. Post workout shake is 3 tightly packed scoops of WPC with 3 scoops of dextrose/malto.
Any questions or comments are welcome...
 
I keep it pretty simple cee,taurine, and vitamins. I'm going to get some trueproteins waxy maize when it comes out.
 
multi vitamin, Creatine EE, Just started taurine a few days ago, Protein, and some Alcar every now and again
 
Vitamin pack, CEE, glutamine, taurine, green tea, Vit. C, Alcar, Ideb, R-ALA, Glucosaimne/MSM, ZMA, lots of fish/olive oil.

I'll probably stop the Ideb/Alcar as I've gone without it for a few days and haven't noticed any difference in performance.
 
Well, I am not training right now, so I am only taking a multivit, glucosamine/chondroitin, Vit C, fish oil caps, flax oil, whey protein

When I start up again, I will add CEE and taurine, dextrose, ephedrine and caffeine, and BCAA's, definitely. Maybe R-ALA There are a couple supps that I am looking at taking- Nitrojet and maybe Surge. Depends on what I can afford.
 
I'm a pillhead. I've got a pharmacy in my cupboard. However, I'm not taking a lot right now. I'm trying to put more empahasis on my food intake rather than my supps.

Multi's,
Epphies and Caff (starting a cut),
Vit C
Purple K
Greens (God luv 'em but they taste like sweaty ass)
Gaviscon (got a hiatal hernia),
Nolva (just finished a cycle of Superdrol 2 weeks ago)
Green tea
 
I wonder why people put protein down as a supplement :D It's food people!

Whey protein powder is a suppliment form of "food" ;)

IG: I take the niacin just because I was looking at the ingredient lists on the "NO" products and all they had in them were niacin and arginine for the most part - I was already taking the arginine so I decided to add niacin. It is also great preventative medicine for the heart.

When I scoop out my whey powder, I dont look at it as food, I see it as a protein supl. :stickpoke :)

i think theres a non flushin 1
if no 1 knows what im talkin about then i prob just came up with that so nevermind:)

You are correct on the non flush....so that means I know what your talking about....which means something must be wrong with me :D

I took Niacin once- I tried it out before my first comp. My prep guy suggested I give it a test run before the show, because the flushing could be uncomfortable.

Well, holy fuckin hotness...LOL...I picked my daughter up at school and was going to the bank, but instead I went straight home. I was flaming red and felt like I was on fire. My face stung something awful. I did NOT like it. So at show time I drank red wine instead.

I'd be interested in the non flush one though.I must check that out for next time.
 
Yeah, I wish I had paid the extra $2 for the slow release non-flushing version... but after the first few times taking it you don't get it as bad or even at all - unless you miss a day then take it again.
 
straight bulk bought whey isolate, flax seed oil, fish oil, multi vitamin, b complex, home made zma formula, ester-C, calcium and magnesium. and thats it.
 
right now im takin: muscle milk 2times a day,6 pills of creatine fuel a day, 3 before work out and 3 after, and flax oil and fish oil and the best supplement of all fooooooooooooooodddd
 
Right now I'm using No-Xplode for pre workout. Seems to get the job done if you put in a hard days work before going to the gym.
