I was just wondering this. I have some thoughts. Please share yours.

I think a good member responds and communicates in threads. Good or bad. If you like something say so and explain yourself. The same goes if you don't like something. We all have opinions...and sometimes it's good to express yourself. A good member mixes it up when he/she has time. Got a funny post? Share it. Wanna vent? Vent.

Obviously, I love to communicate...probably too much...but I think that is what keeps things on the board fresh, new and informative.

Please know if you don't post alot or are intimidated to post more, I am not saying you are a poor member. :) Feel free to mix it up. Start a poll about "Who is intimidated to post?"

I hope people especially alot of the new people will see this place as another great board that appreciates each member taking the time to visit.

just opinons good or bad....expirences & facts....trial & error things as far as trainin, diet hell even life

share tips, tricks or whatever may have helped you out now or in the past. If you read something on another board you think is good, helpful or whatever, copy it, bring it here and post it.

I love jokes, got something funny post it, something funny happen in your real life, tell us about it.

The longer you are here, the more you learn about other members, you can develop some good friendships. Don't be afraid to participate in discussions. All opinions are important, and NO ONE will make fun of you on this board, if it happens the GREAT mod team here will put a quick stop to it.

Enjoy the board, make some friends, read, learn post!!!!!!

I think a good member is definitely someone who isn't afraid to post when they have an opinion or some knowledge to share - but also is someone who knows when not to post... as an example: you would never see me giving advice to someone in the powerlifting forums - I have no clue what I am talking about in that area!

Not that someone who is a newbie to a topic shouldn't post - just shouldn't be trying to pass off advice as if they were an expert ;)

EDIT: Hmmm... somehow this didn't come across right... not trying to sound negative... haven't been on this board long enough to know if you get this kind of stuff happening here - just speaking from past experience ;)

LOL!!

Ice AND friction massage - that is my patented answer... geez, get it right!
