What multi does everyone use?

Myself I use, *Now Adam* There pretty good for the money..

I used to take "Mega Men" from GNC but had a friend get me on the "Now Adam" but now I seen this list on consumerlabs.com and need something different. Check it out..

I wouldn't worry about digestion time of now adam, i have to question what they see as too long and what version of the product they used, tabs, caps, etc. I take 1 a day and piss green so i'd say it's digested by me just fine.

But what do you use between flare ups lol.

I have been taking orange triad by controlled labs. I get it off lockout supps for like 25 bucks and its 260 pills. You have to take 6 a day but it is a multi vitamin, joint support and digestion support.

lol You Beat me to it, I was going to ask Shovel how bad the flare ups were and how bad the lesions were? LMAO!!
 
I have multiple bottles of vitamins i take at different times. Certain vitamins shouldnt be taken at the same time as others..im a fussy basterd tho... :/
