Everyone here has some sort of bodybuilding, fitness or health related goal here... Is there something in your life that prevents you or makes it really hard for you to achieve your goals? I tend to go hard in the week and let go on the weekend but at my age, its tough to recover. My career also kinda hinders my ability to get there as well. What do you have in your life that makes your goals more difficult to achieve?

Right now it’s will power lol

I’m doing okay but the cheats are bad with a toddler. We like our chocolate :D

My schedule for sure...I'm awful busy considering I'm someone who hates being busy.

Time I coach wrestling year round I work a lot and I'm getting older so I'm always adapting. I'm down in size purposely and train more for fighting. My 13 old trains with me. I'm close to my boxing days cardio and shape wise at almost 47. I guess what I'm saying is my goals are dynamic and most definitely will change as I age.

I would definitely agree with that. And as we do get older it seems, for me anyways, that some goals are harder to attain than others.

My goals didn't really change until after I hit 60. Even now I have to manage my weight or I get too big, and not in a fatso way. More of its hard to breathe and my cardio sucks thing.

Absolutely so do you think making a drastic change in your body composition may benefit you bro. I'm a little younger than you but being 230's compared to 280's changed my life. My cardio is great. Sure I've lost lots of max strength but I can rep weights like never before. Six sets bench 30 second rest up to 315 then finished going back down and finished with two high rep sets with 155.

Absolutely. Its night and day. I feel so much better and still have enough strength to get through my day.

As we get older it definitely gets more difficult to maintain a leaner look. Discipline in a clean diet IMO is the major factor when trying to keep the weight down.

Strict diets usually fail anyway. So it's good to let go occasionally and eat whatever you want. If the rest of the time your diet is on point it won't matter. So enjoy. Then back to the diet.
I dont really care anymore. But I still like to look good so what I do I do for me.

Get off the anavar and switch to winstrol at a low dose like 25mg ed.
