What to eat??

Just wondering what you guys like to eat to while just trying to add lean muscle. Like what do you like to eat for your daily protein requirement and for your carb needs. I am currently trying to lose some fat while maintaning strength. So far I am down 8lbs and things are going good, but I need more of a variety or i'm going to go crazy
 
a lot of tuna, chicken and eggs. Also as of late sweet potatos and I just had a very very small amount of spagetti. I also have 3 protein shakes a day sometimes one of those is a MRP. As for a snack I will have a deer stick every now and then
 
I am currently eating about 450g of protein on my diet. I eat

whey
eggs
chicken
tuna
turkey, deli meat and also ground turkey
cheese (sparingly)
ground beef

I only eat carbs on lifting days while cutting, I use

oats
rice
dextrose (PWO)
sweet potatoes

I eat the same shit day in and day out
 
Healthy Carbs....

Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Oatmeal
Brown/Whole Grain Rice
Sweet Potatoes

Then like G4E said on your PWO dex is the stuff to use.

With your protein shakes try adding in some olive oil or flax seed oil. You need to eat fat to burn fat ;)
 
i'd also like to add I am loving my sweeet potato fries

and do you guys just mix your oats into your protein shake??
