Here's my bike last Halloween. Filled the saddle bags with candy to attract little girls but as you can see my wife was hovering around the whole time.

I spent the weekend trying to figure out what my next ride needs to be.
I got rid of the bike, because I simply didn't have time to ride. And I'm at an late state of ridership, taking an interest in Harley's, or some derivative thereof (I put some $ into a custom bike shop...)

But I needed a ride that would satisfy urges on the daily drive. And somehow, I settled on getting a Jeep.

But when I ended up signing papers and taking key's, I ended up with this.
Not exactly a Jeep.

I was so close to buying a Lamborghini last year. It was a yellow 2006 Gallardo Spyder with only 26,000 miles on it for only $105,000, we went and checked it out and talked price but we opted to not buy it because it wasn't practical for what we needed at the time plus we would only be able to drive it a couple months out of the year and with weather probably about half of the time in those few months we would take it out. We ended up buying a better suited car for us and spent about half of what the Lamborghini would have cost...but if we find another Lamborghini or even a Ferrari we may get it now.

Thanks

Ford Explorer for me right now. I've had my share of street rods and a recent tuner (09 WRX). With my family and hobbies, the SUV is almost a necessity. Of course I have a MagnaFlo exhaust, K&N intake and a Diablo Sport programmer. I'm getting ` 23MPG when I drive like an adult and about 6MPG when I'm not.

Currently I drive a 98 civic and ride a ~72 honda 350 and 1989 yamaha. The civic has all new suspension/drive bushings, bearings, struts, nuts/bolts, so it rides very well and was paid off long ago.
The honda CB350, I stripped to bare metal on the frame and every other part and rebuilt and repainted as my first motorcycle project. Learned a lot, had a lot of fun rebuilding this classic cruiser.
The 1989 yamaha is 600 sportbike that I've started working on. I probably won't get it back to street legal until late fall, but the few times I was able to take it out and let loose were very fun :) All I have really done so far is completely go through the carbs. I ordered jets and ports for my altitude from a custom shop and bought another set of carbs to build up a great set.

I'd love to have classic American to work on but graduating from college with medical bills hasn't been great for purchasing anything worthwhile. Hopefully in the near future I can rebuild something amazing since I have all the tools I need by now.
