whats everyones leg routines

trying to get some new ideas --

currently doing
hacks--4 sets

squats -- 4 sets

bulgarian squats--3 sets

then onto hams

Box squats-4 sets of 12-10-8-6

Leg presses-same as above

Leg curls-same as above

Lunges-same as above


on another day I would do this:

Standing calf raises-4 sets of 20 reps

Seated calf-same as above

Leg extensions-4 sets of 12-10-8-6

Hack squats-same as above


You got some nice quads bro, do some lunges and some speed cycling for some cuts. Another one I like is single leg presses, that way you can concentrate more on that one leg.
 
My legs grow too quickly so I only do 3 sets of leg press..............3 leg curls............3 sets of extensions and im finished........yay!
 
Currently I'm doing 6-8 sets of 45 degree leg presse rep range 15 to 20
6-8 sets of seated cybex presses rep range 15 to 30
4-6 sets leg ext
4-6 set hams

This pumps and burns my legs to the point that I stagger out of the gym.
