What's everyone's PWO meal?

So what is it?

Mine is bout 80-90grams of malto/dex combo and 60 grams protein.

well buffness AND stout advised me to go with oats and whey because THEY were BOTH eating that way, NOW I see they went back to dex and I scratch my head and wonder why they told me to go that route?............guys???

your about the most carb sensitive person I know bro :) Instant oatmeal will do the trick too..
 
1 banana, 1 baked potato, 90g WPC with 90g dex/malto blend, 5g CEE, multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin E, glucosamine/chondritin ;)
 
Whatever I can get my hands on. Typically about 100gms protein and the same amount of carbs. I don't have any certian thing I eat after each workout, I just make sure I eat a lot 2x a day. Breakfast and PWO.

I did? I think that might of been Mpressv as he goes with the oats, I have never gone oats PWO.
 
I do the oats year around. In the offseason I'll have other stuff with them but I always incorporate them. Lately I've added a soda pop in the mix PWO...lol. :D

Yeah for my pro/carb meals but my PWO meal I have always gone with a shake. I think I agreed with buffness or you that if you put on fat easily with dex/malot then to go wtih oats though
 
50g of whey protein.
100g of dex and gatorade
2 scoops of Purple K creatine.
 
TP protein/milk and sometimes + PB or oats or dex/malt mix. I can pound like a half gallon of milk/protein after a good WO.
 
Whey protein immediately after my workout. 2 hours late, chicken, turkey or tuna with salad and rice.
 
whey protein shake, vanilla with frozen strwaberrys or blueberries, pb and raisins on a rice cake.
 
2 scoop whey, ground oats, honey, and since I haven't gotten off my lazy ass to buy malto lately, spree.
