Well, Demi, I’m 54. The time goes by faster the older I get. My 2nd wife is 12 yrs younger than I am.

We go to the gym together though we train separately. I’ve found 11pm to be a great time to go. Usually just a couple of people there when we arrive and the only ones there when we leave. Open 24hrs a day is fantastic.
