Anything that doesnt make my tendonitis flair up lol. Word to wise make sure your joints and tendons are ready before you start lifting heavy on gear, worst mistake I ever made.
you got that right bro! im a youngin but i always keep up with how much im liftin and everytime i get on some gear i set a reasonable goal on much much of a weight increase i want. just because your muscles says yes that doesnt mean your joints and bones do too and usually when they decide to tell u no...its too late
