Just wanted to introduce myself...some may know of me from other forums like EF and many others, I am just looking to be a positive contributor to the site and help as many with their quest in this lifestyle of bodybuilding and overall health and fitness!!!

This truly is my passion!

I will be floating around just checking things out...seems like a pretty cool site to be a part of!
 
Hi everyone, my name is Avery and I just joined your web site, I have fought with weight issues most of my life and was hoping this site could be a support and assistance....
 
Well...went to see if I had done an introduction when I first came on and low and behold it was last year when it was A&E!!!

Well Back to checking this site out again...I am on so many I lose track of where I have been!!!
