Whats your current workout look like?

When going for size I do a 2 days on and 2 days off.

Right now I'm trying to lean out so I am doing a five days on two days off. I'm doing 6 single strips sets per body part in exception to lats, where I am doing 8 single strip sets.

Monday: Chest-traps

Tuesday: lats

wednesday: shoulders

thursday: arms

friday: legs

weekend: off.
 
I just changed it this week to this, I have been changing it about every 4weeks while I cut, to keep my muscles shocked since I am not training as heavy as usual.

Mon. Chest&Triceps, abs
Tues. Quads, hams, calves
Thurs. Front delts, side delts, traps and biceps,abs
Sat. Back,rear delts, forearms, abs,calves

Currently I do 45min of intense cardio 4-5days a week, first thing in the morning.
 
i hardly isolate body parts like that because im not a bber but right now im training my snatch on tuesdays and my clean and jerk on thursdays......after each olympic lift i squat and do either militaries or pulls.....

wednesday i do deadlifts or some variation like rdl's....i did a few rdl's with 400 really strict a few weeks ago and my hamstrings were done

mondays and fridays i do some form of bodybuilding........i have cut down on this right now because im cutting weight for a meet soon......im also at the end of a 4 week training period where i have peaked in terms of strength and just finished my highest intensity workout, training with 97% of my maxes and i did pretty well. they werent overly difficult

im curious, do you vary your intensity much ? im not sure how most bber's go about training but i think alot could be benefited from having a training cycle where you peak at the 4th or 6th week
 
I train using a modified WSB-style routine... never been stronger.
 
i train four days a week.....
