What's ya'lls go to? Back in the day in the 80's, it was just a cup of coffee. As the late 80's & 90's rolled around, I did the ECA stack. Since the mid 2000's, I've been doing an energy drink like Monster, Red Bull, Bang, or a an energy powder like 1MR, C4, whateva. At 55 now, the stuff is just too much. I crash so hard after working out that I'm like a zombie the next 3-4 hours until I come around.

Sooo today, I reverted back to a cup of coffee only. I had a killa workout, with no crash, and felt great afterwards. So I think my days of pre-workout drinks with stims are done for. Prolly doesn't help at my age getting the hyper-heart beat from them too. So, a cup of Joe is it for me.

What is you guys regimen?

I am still doing the energy drink thing but my wife has promised to wipe my ass if I stroke out. I depend on some motivating rock to get up and get at it. I think a time out from energy drinks wouldn't be a bad idea though, they don't seem to have the kick any more and I drink more and more. I used to drink just a 1/2 of one. Now a whole one doesn't seem to do much.

I don't use pwo. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning. It's the only stimulant I have all day. Stimulants make me hate life and wish that the feeling would stop

I remember the time when 150mg of caffeine was a lot for me. For a few hours, I?d be really energetic. Now, I need approximately double the amount of caffeine to experience a similar boost. Caffeine dependence and tolerance definitely develops rapidly. I can relate. Tapering down probably wouldn?t be a bad idea for the mass majority.

Yep, I remember with a 3rd cup of coffee made me jittery as hell. I am going to cut way back and see if I can get some sensitivity back. There is no sense pounding a can of Monster pre work out if it does nothing for you.

I've tried some peptides as a pwo before like Hexarelin with MOD GRF OR some IGF DES or LR3 as well.. These combinations will rock your world with monster pumps beyond hell..

I?ve done a few tapers from caffeine over the years. Tapering was worth it, just so I could actually harness effects once again. It doesn?t take long for caffeine tolerance to decrease

As far as I economics go, you?re right: no sense in buying a Monster if it does nothing any longer.

I?ll have to do some research on these compounds. M-Tren is one hell of a pre-workout (allegedly).
