I need a new weight belt, whats yer opinion?
Im gettin the knee bands by kono already.

Tommy Kono Knee Bands

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tom/waist.html

The Tommy Kono Waistband was made primarily to wear while performing waist exercises. The special type of elastic material used helps to retain body heat and give support and comfort to those whole supper aches and pains in the lower back. The Tommy Kono Waistband is one size fits all because of the velcro. The quality material is stretchable and because of the thickness, its use will give you excellent support and warmth to the area it covers. It will not "gather" or wrinkle and will outlast other when used as instructed.

I'm not a big fan of the velcro. You could never get it tight enough. For things like deads and squats, I like to have it pretty tight.

I wasnt too sure, I guess yer right, that velcro is gonna suck. Where would you get one?

Here's a cool belt from Inzer with a lever instead of the prongs. That would be a lot easier to put on and take off.

oh thats pretty cool, how much though?

The sight I got the pic was $140 but you could probably find a better price.

whooooa, fuck that. I think Im gettin this one from bb.com it looks good, like 13 bucks I think.

man get a good belt from inzer. Go double prong it's around 50 bux. Can't beat it. I have one and I love it

I agree with Matt. I have one of those but got it at my gym for $10 on sale :D

I use an inzer belt that I bought about 17 years ago not sure what I paid for it. It's still stiff as a board.

I wish they had a belt for your mid back.

Gimme some more economical suggestions you guys.
Im lookin for belts and knee wraps (not those long ass straps) and probly a manta ray or someshit like that.

man u have to figure you are going to have your weight belt for years to come. Why not spend the 60bux now and get one that you will like. I have a two prong Forever Buckle Belt. One of the best investments I have ever made
