Ok, it's been 14 months and here's the transformation.
The fat photo was taken in May 2009 at 260BW.
The other one is the new me taken today at 218.
I'll be 51 within a week (Leo).
Went from a 40" to a 33" waist.
I feel really good about this transformation, and when we go to the outer banks of NC for 12 days the 2nd week of August, I don't think I'll be embarassed (like I was on last year's vacation) to take a swim without a shirt on.

Just goes to show how important it is to plan for results over the long haul and not be disappointed by a seemingly lack of progress in the short term.
Hang in there! Back toward the beach bod I once had, yeah!

i think u should just try to maintain ur weight now and let ur body get acustom to staying that way u dont think u need to be any slimmer lol gj u look great

Props on the transformation, pretty sick, what are you running btw?

No amount of juice is going to give you this body.
If that were so, there would be ones like it in every gym and there aren't.

This body was not the result of a juice cycle, but mostly a consciencious diet plan that just uncovered old muscle that was made the hard way, by actual work, sweat, and toil.
My recent workouts were short, intense, and specialized.

My advice? Loose the fat, see what you've got, pick three things to change at a time and go at it.
Worked for me...now...it's off to the beach, or beyond...

very impressive, and they say its hard to gain muscle and get cut up after 40 yrs old, well this pic says BS to all them its never too late to get in shape!!

Lets put this to the test IMO, come off and train for 6 months and post pics, do everything identical as you are now, but no winny, test , eq and whatever else .Lets see how close you are

Sounds good in theory but anyone worth his salt will tell you that once it's in your system the change has been made.

In my defense though, I would like to add that I was 27 before ever touching juice, and had previously pulled a 390 deadlift, and 5 reps with 425 on the squat. The key, though, is to see yourself as viable, desirable, and worth the effort regardless of the accolades of others. That is the attitude that transpires.

We still struggle, but our battle with ourselves is never won, so the meaning of life is not in winning, but in besting our innate desire to fail.

BTW, one of my best cycles was with hCG and clomid by themselves. I wasn't the strongest, but I looked good and felt good.

Look good dude. I'm sure you invite constructive criticism, coz if not, you can't stay hungry. ;) Having said that, if I were you I would target adding some more beef to your mid-lower pecs...which in turn will give you more seperation between your lower pecs & ab wall. Heavy flat db presses, flat db flyes and dips all done in the 8-12 rep range should do the trick. :igok:

G4...Come on homie...the dudes 51 give 'em a break with the juice.lol :p

I hope you guys don't misconstrue my post.

MRHTB, looks awsome, yes is buffer than i am. SICK SICK TRANSFORMATION

BUT

comeon, claiming juice didnt help at all in the transformation? LOFL Saying Thats the most ridiculous thing ive ever read.

I didn't take juice for three years up until nov of 2009.
As many know, my wife and I have been trying for a baby. We lost two in two years within two days of each other.
Last fall we were having trouble, basically with my performance. The clomid I was on may have kept my sperm up but my test was so low even viagra didn't help. I got a script for Enanthate. Finally, in Dec 2009, after an embarassing failure on my part to deliver, I told the wife I needed a boost, so I took 2cc of the EN. It worked because she got pregnant in January. We lost it at 12 weeks in March.
In the mean time I continued with 4 cc's a month; 2 of EN and 2 of hCG. One of each every other week, thinking it was fine since she was pregnant. Some weeks I substituted EQ for the EN, but not both at the same time.
Well, after we lost the baby, I got depressed, not just because of that but because of the sperm count issue.
My weight was down to 215 in October, but the juice jacked up my weight to over 230 from December until May.
After that I only took hCG about every 3 or 4 weeks, plus 25mg winny twice a week before workouts.
From my understanding the wife is pregnant again but I don't want to jinx it so I will expect nothing. Since I stopped the EN my weight dropped back to under 220. Today I was 217. I attribute the diet to the weight drop, as once I got it down by the diet, I was able to maintain with the diet.
I would love to take a good cycle, but as I barely went over hrt I don't consider the gains to be based largely on that.
There it is.

I still think it would be difficult for someone even half my age to make the same transformation in the same amount of time with a bunch of juice. I welcome the refutal.

You loook good juice or no juice. Its a combo of things diet training dedication and of course juice. Yes juice plays a part in it. Would I be 5'8 250lbs without juice gh and slin Well HELL NO I wouldnt...

Agreed Fred.

Indeed a nice transformation bro, and fosho you look much better than before. But, would you look AS good without the aid of gear? In a word - NO. So keep it real. :D

Irrespective of gear use, you have made an awesome transformation. I know plenty of guys, everyone on here will too, who have stacked tons of gear and got nowhere with it as their training and dieting was rubbish.

best of luck with the pregnancy. hard work is the cornerstone to having a muscular body although i have to say at over 60 a little juice does not hurt either.

i just got back from the outer banks, lots of sun sand and wind, where are you going? we started out at ocracoke and worked our way up the national seashore...

Beach vacation was cancelled when wife got a hair in her ass about the daughter's sleepover.
Took it out on all of us. Ridiculous.

As Arnold said in the new Terminator movie, "I'm old, but not obsolete!" Thanks for your support.
