Ok, it's been 14 months and here's the transformation.
The fat photo was taken in May 2009 at 260BW.
The other one is the new me taken today at 218.
I'll be 51 within a week (Leo).
Went from a 40" to a 33" waist.
I feel really good about this transformation, and when we go to the outer banks of NC for 12 days the 2nd week of August, I don't think I'll be embarassed (like I was on last year's vacation) to take a swim without a shirt on.
Just goes to show how important it is to plan for results over the long haul and not be disappointed by a seemingly lack of progress in the short term.
Hang in there! Back toward the beach bod I once had, yeah!

Having said that, if I were you I would target adding some more beef to your mid-lower pecs...which in turn will give you more seperation between your lower pecs & ab wall. Heavy flat db presses, flat db flyes and dips all done in the 8-12 rep range should do the trick. :igok:
