Who Does Cardio?

Been lazy for long time but bout to throw it back in. Would rather use all my energy slangin weight then piss it away on cardiovascular but being as my feet and upper chest are turning blue think I need to work on my circulation a bit. Flame not, blood work next week and gonna donate.
 
I stop doing sprints a while back, but even then i dont classify them as cardio that much since there so great for putting on muscle
 
I'm slowly starting back doing it, Before my surgery I was up walking 3 miles ever Morning with the wife she does 5 miles ED and I was really starting to tell a big difference in that stubborn love handle fat to.. So soon I'll be back to my morning walks..
 
when I want to trim down I do high dose clen,lol.. Only do cardio if I was getting ready for a show, and since I am retired from competing, I will try not to do it,lmao
 
I do 30min on the stairmill after my workout, except leg day. On non workout days, I do about 45 min to an hour on my home treamill or stationary bike. Cardio about 5-6 times a week.

That's about exactly what I did. I am now resting my entire body, coming off the sauce, no cardio just pushing weights and eating. Even our metabolism's need a break or we'll find our self having to do 3 hours cardio on no carbs to show prep! Fuck That!!
 
Currently no. In post pct mode and will still be a month or so before cardio restartes at the gym. 2 miles on the treadmill. That's it.

It's nice to be able to cut fat at 2.5mph 8% incline holding a conversation! Meanwhile the woman next to me that's been on fat burners for 2 years is running 8minute miles and gaining weight!! lol

my 2 mile walk each way to the gym is plenty...i've started doing it once in a while since i'm nearing 40 and my goals will shift from mass to fit and healthy instead

LMAO, But she knows something we don't dude.. She hits that cardio then on the way home stops by Mcdonalds for a Big Mac n Fries and washes it down with a diet coke and wonders why she can't loose weight!! lol

Yep!!! At nights she eats a half gallon of ice cream because shes depressed about it!
 
last time i cut i was doing 45min fasted cardio 5 days per wk and only lifting 3 evenings per wk. I ran 4.5 miles for the fasted cardop with the aid of clen and coffe straight up black and i cut from 240lbs to 210lbs in 6 weeks.
 
i did cardio for a couple months a while back and felt better than i had in years. but i quit cuz i was wasting away.
 
Since I am cutting, I do 45mins of stairmaster on manual level 7 everyday on an empty stomach.

I try to get 20 mins after I train...but lately have not been hitting the gym but 1 or 2 times a week. I feel SO much better when I do cardio.
 
I am jumping on a Intermittent Fasting for about 8 to 12 weeks. I will be doing Cardio 45 minutes in the morning steady walk. And then 25 minutes mid day. 4 days a week of Weights.

I want to drop 40lbs.

If i was not Cutting, i would not do any cardio, but i think in the future i will be adding in some.
